SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free shipping on orders of $75 or more within Canada. For orders under $75 there will be a flat rate shipping charge within Canada of $22.00. If you live outside of Canada please contact us at askjewelee.info@gmail.com for a shipping rate.
We ship orders every Monday and Thursday. All orders are shipped with a tracking number. We try to process your order and have it ready to ship within 7 days of receiving the order. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with an approximate delivery date and a tracking number.
We recommend that you consider adding shipping insurance to your order for $5 within Canada. While we do take extra care when packing your order, we cannot be responsible for damage once your package has shipped. If your order is damaged during shipping you would have to contact the courier service your order was shipped with for compensation and you would have no recourse without insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged orders.
If you are purchasing from a country other then Canada you would be responsible for any taxes and duties that may be incurred so please check fees carefully before placing your order. We are currently shipping to Canada and the United States.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Because our products are unique and one of a kind you may find that they may not be exactly as shown in the picture. Mother Nature plays a part in what we sell and each product is unique. We can guarantee you that we have very strict guidelines, hand pick all our crystals and don't mass produce so if its not good enough for this "witch" its not good enough for you!
