Prepare For Your Session
​I'm excited about our upcoming session! To help address any concerns, I've included answers to frequently asked questions. Please come with an open mind and find a comfortable space to allow our energy to connect. If you're feeling a bit stressed, taking three deep breaths before we begin can enhance our connection and help you feel balanced.
The Time or Date I Want Isn't On The Calendar
I have specific dates and times set aside for readings that fit my busy schedule, which includes teaching classes, attending trade shows, corporate events, and speaking engagements, as well as officiating at weddings. Please keep an eye on the calendar, as it will be updated regularly based on my availability. Don't hesitate to request a specific date and time, and I’ll do my best to accommodate you, if available.
Please Be On Time
Please make sure to arrive on time for your appointment, as I have clients scheduled before and after yours. Arriving late may shorten your session time. To avoid delays, I recommend familiarizing yourself with Zoom; if you'd prefer not to use it, you can email me at least 24 hours in advance to arrange a phone appointment. It's important you call me at the scheduled time, and if you have any specific questions or concerns, please jot them down so we can make sure to address your most important concerns first.
Cancel or Refund
Please note that appointments can be canceled or changed up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. After this time, no refunds or changes will be permitted, as the slot has been reserved for you. If you do not show up, unfortunately, there will be no option for a refund or re-booking. Additionally, if you arrive late, you will lose the time missed, as I may have another client scheduled right after your appointment. Thank you for your understanding. I am charged a processing fee and unfortunately it is non-refundable so I am unable to refund that portion of your purchase. It is approximately $20 so that portion of your fee is not refundable.
